Meet Jason
YOUR LIFESAVING TRAINER AND MENTOR
Jason, the founder of Leadership 9-1-1, is a seasoned EMT with over 20 years of experience. He and his team of safety experts empower everyday people to act with confidence in emergencies with engaging and informative CPR and lifesaving skills training.
As an AHA, ARC, and HSI certified instructor in CPR, First Aid, and Active Shooter response, Jason knows you only have four minutes to begin saving a person’s life. His mission is to train as many as possible on the lifesaving skills you need to be a leader in your family, community, or workplace.

Co-Founder and Certified Safety Trainer Erica’s 20+ years as a professional certified dental clinician, makes her highly skilled in caring for others in a medical setting. She teaches engaging classes with a blend of humor and technique that our students always enjoy.
Kendrick Harris
Certified CPR Instructor After 15+ years of classroom experience, it took a hurricane to push Kendrick into the world of safety inspection and trainings. After taking CPR classes, he realized CPR instruction was natural fusion of his experience. He hasn’t looked back since!

Certified Safety Trainer As a Veteran Emergency Room Nurse, Mark brings years of real-world experience to the team. His passion for safety is unparalleled, making his training sessions a veritable goldmine of knowledge sharing.

Jason Giove’s journey into the heart of leadership and lifesaving began over two decades ago in New York, where he spent 24 years in various leadership roles at a prominent multinational not-for-profit organization. As a minister and public speaker, Jason delivered inspiring keynote addresses across the country, touching lives with his words and commitment to service. His dual role as a state-certified Emergency Medical Technician enriched his experiences, allowing him to extend his impact into critical emergency services.
Driven by a profound desire to connect and serve, Jason utilized his skills in American Sign Language to support the deaf community, further showcasing his dedication to inclusivity and accessibility in every facet of his work. His passion for positive change led him to become a certified Positive Psychology Practitioner and Emotional Intelligence Coach, where he began shaping the minds of coaches, speakers, healers, and entrepreneurs on the nuances of public speaking and emotional intelligence in sales.

The inception of Leadership 9-1-1 was a natural progression of Jason’s life’s work. Leveraging his extensive experience in emergency medical services and leadership, Jason established a safety training organization that not only educates but empowers individuals and organizations to lead confidently in crisis situations.
